Born on 11^th November, 1974 in Wukari Local Government Area of Taraba State

Attended St. Luke’s Transferred School, Jos, Plateau State where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) and Government Secodary School, Laranto, Jos for the Senior School Certificate (SSC).

He studied in the Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Operations Research at the Federal University of Technology, Yola. Adamawa State from 1993 to 2000 where he graduated with Bachelor of Technology Degree Honours {B. Tech (Hons)} in Operations Research.

He was mobilized for the National Youth Service Corps and served in the State Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State between 28^th May, 2001 and 27^th May, 2002.

Upon completion of the National Youth Service, he joined the Federal Civil Service on the 21^st August, 2002 and was deployed to the then Department of National Civic Registration, Ministry of Internal Affairs where he served until 15^th September, 2006.

He worked with the Federal Government Staff Housing Loans Board, Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation from 15^th September, 2006 to 16^th January, 2024 when he was deployed to the present post.

He attended many courses within and outside the country during the service and currently the Assistant Director/ Head of Information and Communication Unit, Federal Ministry of Art, Culture and the Creative Economy.

He is a member of the Operations Research Institute for Decision Sciences and Analytics in Nigeria (ORIDSAN) and a Fellow of the Institute of Operations Research (FIOR).

He is married with four children.
