Hajia Kachallah Zara Damaturu, Director Reform Coordination and Service Improvement, Federal Ministry of Culture, Art and Creative Economy was born 17^th July, 1971 in Damaturu, Yobe State, her state of Origin.

She attended the prestigious University of Maiduguri, Borno State where she bagged a B.Sc Political Science in 1994.

She was employed into the Federal Civil Service on the 10^th April, 1996 as an Administrative Officer II SGL 08, where she rose through the ranks to the post of a substantive Director.

She has served in various capacities as HOD Human Resources Management from 2018- 2020, HOD General Services from 2020 to January 2024, in the Office of the Surveyor General of the Federation before her redeployment upon her promotion to the post of a substantive Director to the Federal Ministry of Culture, Art and Creative Economy/ Tourism as Director, Reform Coordination and Service Improvement in January, 2024.
