Rev. Anamah N.U.B, Ph.D is the Head of Department of Cultural Industries and Heritage, Federal Ministry of Art, Culture and Creative Economy. Born in Nibo, Awka South L.G in Anambra State, Nigeria on 19^th August, 1972. He is a graduate of Fine Arts (Sculpture) from the University of Benin, Nigeria. He earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Masters in Business Administration from University of Calabar, Nigeria. A Bachelor degree of Theology  and Bachelor of Arts (CRK) from St. Francis of Assisi College of Theology, Wusasa and Oyo, Oyo State, Nigeria respectively. He holds a Doctoral Degree of Philosophy (Church Ministry). A Culture Expert turned writer has written three (3) books namely: Four Square, “A Kaleidoscope of Culture and Tourism sector”, Insight,” A Kibbutz of Culture and Tourism”, and ‘Discover Culture, Think Tourism’. A recipient of the 1999 prestigious Nigeria Head of state National Merit Award, Association of senior civil servant FMCT award of Excellent in 2005. The October 1^st award for outstanding Nigerian Advocates of China-Nigeria Relation, 2019. The 2^nd prize winner of 2022 Embassy of Chines Essay writing competition, August, 2022.

Rev. Dr. Anamah specialized in sculpture and has participated in much exhibitions within and outside the country. These include but not limited to: Africa Regional Summit and Exhibition on visual Art (ARESUVA), 2008, Nigeria @ 50 National cultural and Historical Exhibition - The Journey of Independence, 2010. The Bureaucratists Exhibitions, 2018. He participated in China Alumni Association Art Exhibition and Art tour to Wuhna, China.

Rev, Dr. Anamah has presented various papers on culture and Cultural Industries development in and outside Nigeria.  Over the years, Dr. Anamah’s works revolve around ‘Osisism’, an interesting medium to work with. An Anglican Priest and equally a Resident Artist in Beijing, 2012, Chashan, Hunan, 2015 and Yangling China, 2023. He has attended numerous training within and outside the Country.
