Zainab Ali Biu is a vibrant Civil Servant with over 30 years experience. She holds a Bachelor’s of Art Degree from the University of Maiduguri in History. Before her appointment as Director (International Cultural Relations), she has served in different capacities in the Ministry while growing within the ranks.

Beyond the Ministry, she has also served in different capacities over the years as a National Programme Officer for Culture (UNESCO), Assistant Technical Secretary on Culture CHOGM, Technical Secretary on Culture COJA, Technical Secretary, First Ladies’ Concert on Children Forum just to mention a few.

She is a strategic, hardworking and consummate professional who has attained training both locally and International.
